This is a totally made up concoction I do to use up leftover spaghetti noodles when I make too much.
Heat a frying pan on medium high heat, add oil or butter, red pepper flakes, pancetta, onions, and garlic, and saute. Then add capers and noodles, zest a lemon over it, add lemon juice! Done! Occasionally I add cheese, or anchovy paste. Whatever I feel like really.
